This was a project with a client that came to us with a set of parameters for their project. I had created drawings that they were able to give to a builder to construct their home.

HIGHLIGHTS:
A client came to us with an existing building they wanted renovated into an office. They wanted to see ideas for what they could do with the space. The visual of 3D renderings helped them give us feedback in the design process.

HIGHLIGHTS:
The renderings created for this project were presented to upper management of the company so they could see what their project would look like before we began construction documents. They were highly impressed by the lighting design concept that I had added.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Since this was a small project, I took on both roles as the drafter and architectural designer. I prepared the documents and drafted flooring plans from information given from the interior designer. In this project the client was replacing the existing nurse station with a new design. See page ID/430 for plan, elevations and sections.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Graphic elements were added to this project for a client presentation to communicate floor pattern plans and finishes for a select few interior elevations. Actual finishes were represented.

HIGHLIGHTS:
This project was one of they company's first projects completed in Revit. As the drafter, I had to develop new processes, troubleshoot issues, and help finalize graphic standards for our CAD team. As the Architectural Design Assist, I would complete redlines by the interior designer and architectural designer for review and modification.

HIGHLIGHTS:
As the architectural drafter for this project I worked with the interior designer to input flooring plans, wall finishes, and elevations. I was responsible for coordination with the architect, checking drawings for accuracy, and meeting project deadlines.
As an architectural design assist, I would prepare elevation views for the architectural designer and complete redlines.
